Job summary

Foot Locker is hiring in Denver to join our dynamic retail team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will welcome shoppers, help build head-to-toe looks with footwear and apparel, and drive sales through product knowledge and personalized service.

You will also manage online order fulfillment, maintain store visuals, and support daily tasks to keep the store running smoothly. A collaborative, energetic environment helps you grow and advance within the Foot Locker family.

Qualifications

• Passion for footwear, fashion, sport, and youth culture.
• Comfortable talking with people and helping customers.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help make the store a fun place to shop.
• Help customers build head to toe looks by preparing footwear and presenting apparel and must have add ons.
• Drive sales by sharing knowledge of the products and helping customers find what they’ll love.
• Pick, pack, and ship online orders with care so they’re ready to go and arrive on time.
• Help with daily store tasks like restocking, maintaining or upkeeping of fitting room, cash handling, and keeping the floor clean and organized.
• Maintain store visuals and recovery standards so the store is always customer ready.
• Follow all safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures to protect customers, teammates, and product.
• Handle all company and customer information responsibly and maintain confidentiality at all times.
• Work together with teammates and leaders to crush store goals.
• Take part in training and coaching: learn, grow, and level up.
