Kids for the Future is seeking an Assistant Manager to supervise staff, oversee day-to-day store operations, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will schedule, train employees, manage inventory levels, and handle cash and shrinkage while driving sales and maintaining brand standards.

• Assist in recruiting, hire recommendations, and train positive team members.
• Motivate, encourage, and challenge store cashiers.
• Promote and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Implement daily procedures to keep the store clean, stocked, organized, and well kept.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed attractively, priced correctly, and displayed safely.
• Supervise and discipline employees per company policy.
• Monitor daily gasoline price comparisons and report to corporate office.
