Kid to Kid is a growing charity-minded retailer specializing in gently used kids' clothing and gear. We seek an assistant manager who can own a store, lead a team of 10–15, and oversee inventory with care and efficiency.

You will price inventory using our buying software, drive regular markdowns and merchandising, and help create a friendly, organized, and shoppable shopping experience for families in our community.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or management is required.
• Ability to price and organize inventory with focus on accuracy.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills essential for a 10–15 person team.
