Job summary

Team Joarder, a Domino’s franchisee in New Jersey, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead the store team and ensure smooth daily operations. You will oversee shifts, assist with ordering, customer service, and training, while maintaining food safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, customer service, and leadership skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Restaurant or supervisory experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
• Take orders, prepare food, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.
• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
