Job summary

Domino’s Assistant Manager in New Jersey is seeking a dependable, motivated leader to help run daily store operations, deliver excellent customer service, and support the General Manager. You will lead shifts, train staff, manage food prep and quality, handle orders and cash, and work toward advancement to General Manager through training and performance.

This full-time role offers management training, exposure to staffing and scheduling, and eligibility for health benefits; equal opportunity

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and assign tasks to team members.
• Take orders, prepare food, and ensure orders are accurate and on time.

• Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
