Domino's in New Jersey is seeking a dependable Assistant Manager to help lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, and keep daily store operations running smoothly.

You will lead shifts, train staff, manage inventory, handle cash and drive store performance under the direction of the General Manager. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required; previous restaurant supervisory experience is preferred and training is provided.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer questions and resolve concerns professionally.
• Train and coach employees on service, food preparation, and store procedures.
• Follow food safety standards and maintain store cleanliness.
• Monitor inventory, restock supplies, and help reduce waste.
• Handle cash, reconcile registers, and assist with opening and closing.
• Support the General Manager with staffing, scheduling, and store goals.
• Ensure team members follow company policies and required break procedures.
