Job summary

Quality Brand Group LLC, a multi-store franchisee of Dunkin’, is hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations in its U.S. locations. You will recruit and develop team members, ensure quality service and cleanliness, and drive sales and profitability while owning the store's P&L.

You will manage shifts, deliver great guest experiences, train staff, and handle purchasing, scheduling, and facilities. Prior food service supervision and Serve Safe certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to fluently speak/read English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience required.

• This position requires one to lift 30 to 50 pounds and also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
