Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend strategy, operations and people leadership in a fast-paced retail setting. You will drive sales through careful analysis, excellent customer service and floor operations management.

You will recruit, train and develop team members, lead store initiatives, and ensure standards in visual presentation and brand knowledge while supporting omnichannel processes and company culture.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach others.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom for excellent service and seamless ops.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate register/POS systems and fulfill omni-channel orders.
