Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager who blends business strategy, store operations, creativity, and people leadership to drive sales and deliver best-in-class customer service.

You’ll oversee daily store routines, ensure open/close procedures run smoothly, and push efficiency across all store processes. Leveraging product knowledge, you’ll lead floorset updates, styling recommendations and brand initiatives while training and developing non‑management staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure service and operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate POS systems.
