Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager who blends business strategy with people leadership to drive sales and deliver best-in-class service. You will oversee daily store operations, from opening to closing, and use your knowledge of fashion and brand to guide visuals and customer engagement.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, while coaching for performance and promoting from within to build future store leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1 year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsibilities

• Perform Opening and Closing routines.
• Supervise salesfloor and stockroom to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decisions.
• Protect assets and manage inventory control.
• Operate Register/POS systems.
• Fulfill Omni-Channel orders.
