You will drive sales, oversee daily store operations, and lead recruiting, training, and development while delivering best-in-class customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You'll manage opening/closing, staff scheduling, visual merchandising, and payroll, ensuring brand standards and a positive customer experience.

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
