Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking an Assistant Manager to blend business strategy, operations, creativity and people leadership.

You will drive sales by analyzing performance and delivering best-in-class customer service, while overseeing daily store operations including opening and closing routines. You will lead recruiting, training and engagement, develop styling and product knowledge, manage staffing and payroll, build visual displays, and coach non-management staff.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Drive to achieve results and strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Supervise sales floor and stockroom to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
• Conduct staffing, scheduling, and payroll management.
• Train and develop non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Operate register/ POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Represent the Brand and embody company culture and values.
