You will oversee daily store operations, lead floorset updates and merch knowledge, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment. The role includes recruiting, training, scheduling and payroll management, plus coaching non-management staff and analyzing reports to inform decisions.

• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
