Qualifications

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with high integrity.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Solid understanding of POS systems and basic business math.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Two years management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers exceptional customer service through Flamingo Bowl standards.
• Schedules staff to meet business needs and maximize guest experience.
• Supports revenue growth and controls expenses by following operating standards.
• Recruits, hires, trains and develops hourly center staff.
• Leads staff with motivation and teamwork to ensure satisfaction.
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.
• Manages center operations in General Manager's absence.
