Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 3 years related experience.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills; must be a team player.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and basic PC use is preferred.
• Must meet the minimum age to sell and serve alcohol.

Responsibilities

• Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages in measured quantities.
• Take orders, serve, accept payment, and make correct change.
• Enter orders and payments in POS system.
• Maintain sanitation and organization of bar, seating, and dining areas.
• Promote responsible alcohol service and comply with laws (TABC).
• Upsell beverages and manage bar supplies and deliveries.
