IHOP is seeking an experienced assistant general manager to support the general manager in directing daily restaurant operations. The AGM will supervise staff, deliver performance feedback, set goals, and communicate business objectives.

Qualifications

• Degree in business administration or similar.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills.
