Job summary

IHOP is seeking an experienced assistant general manager to support the general manager in directing daily operations. The AGM should lead with decisiveness, foster teamwork, and clearly communicate business objectives to staff.

The ideal candidate will motivate employees, deliver performance feedback, supervise in the GM's absence, and uphold IHOP’s service standards and hospitality culture. Experience in hospitality and strong organizational skills are preferred.

Qualifications
