Chuck E. Cheese in California is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team and ensure guest satisfaction. You will make daily decisions on staffing, operations, and safety while driving sales and profitability through coaching and development.

The role includes overseeing an Area of Impact across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom or Gameroom, and collaborating with the Technical Manager to keep equipment in top condition. Prior leadership experience is required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the age permitted by local law for selling, ringing up, checking identifi cation and serving alcohol).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service OR Opening Coordinator experience for six months.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating the team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service in a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials and labor management.
• Own an AOI in one of four areas and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom and Gameroom.
