Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team in a high-energy environment, ensuring guests leave happy and operations run smoothly. You’ll oversee staffing, training, and daily performance while supporting sales goals and cost controls.

The role emphasizes coaching, guest service, safety, and collaboration across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom and Gameroom areas to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI and rotate across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom and Gameroom areas.
