Job summary

Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager in California to lead a high-energy team and ensure guest satisfaction.

You will drive daily operations, sales and People development to maintain the brand’s reputation for fun and safe family experiences. The role offers a path to greater responsibility within a beloved national leader in family entertainment, with compensation including hourly pay and commission potential tied to Memberships and Fun Passes sold.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older (RVP approval may allow for hiring at the age permitted by local law).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferable in food service OR experience as an Opening Coordinator for at least six months.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness and upholding product and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an Area of Impact (AOI) in one of four areas and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom.
