Chuck E. Cheese in Lake Forest, CA seeks an Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team and ensure every guest leaves happy. You’ll manage daily operations, scheduling, and guest service standards in a fast-paced family restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Must have a high-school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older; local law may permit younger hires for certain tasks.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service in a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Oversee Area of Impact rotations: Kitchen, Sales, Merchandise, Showroom, Gameroom and related duties.
