Job summary

CEC Entertainment, LLC in Lynwood, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a team at Chuck E. Cheese. You’ll oversee daily operations, guest experience, and staff scheduling in a high-energy environment.

You’ll drive sales, train and motivate staff, manage costs, and ensure safety and cleanliness while delivering memorable guest experiences. This is a growth-focused role in a family-entertainment leader with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• High-school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age (subject to local laws).
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people (preferably in food service) or as Opening Coordinator for six months.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions involving time management, staff scheduling, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure safety and a clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI in the Kitchen, Sales, Showroom or Gameroom areas and rotate through each.
