Chuck E. Cheese, operated by CEC Entertainment, is hiring a Senior Assistant Manager to help run the restaurant with a focus on staffing, training and guest satisfaction. You’ll ensure resources, training and motivation are in place so every guest leaves happy.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age or older; local law may vary
• High-school diploma or GED; college degree preferred
• Minimum of two years’ management experience in food service or as CEC Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staffing, quality, cleanliness and standards
• Recruit, train, develop and communicate expectations to the team to build sales
• Coach, teach and motivate teams to deliver high-quality guest service and safety
• Exercise cost control, manage finances, inventory and labor effectively
