Chuck E. Cheese is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team and ensure guest satisfaction across daily operations. You will oversee staffing, scheduling, and quality standards to uphold brand promises of fun and safe environments for families.

Responsibilities include driving sales, coaching staff, managing costs, and coordinating across Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom areas as AOIs rotate. This role emphasizes hospitality leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year of experience managing people, preferably in food service.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week and be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staffing, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales and profits by recruiting, training, and motivating the team to meet expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI area and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom over time.
