CEC Entertainment, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy team at Chuck E. Cheese. You will oversee staffing, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring guest happiness in a busy family entertainment environment.

The role emphasizes sales growth, cost control, and a safe, clean restaurant operation across AOIs, with opportunities for advancement in a beloved brand. Applicants should be prepared for a 40-hour week and elevation of guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Minimum of one year of experience managing people, preferably in food service.
• Age 21+ (local laws may vary for alcohol service).

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, staffing, cleanliness, and guest service standards.
• Build sales and maximize profits by recruiting, training, developing and motivating your team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and ensure a safe, clean, and well-run environment.
• Understand cost control procedures, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Take ownership of an AOI in one of four areas and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom.
