Job summary

CEC Entertainment, the family dining and entertainment leader behind Chuck E. Cheese, is looking for an Assistant Manager to help lead a high-energy team that ensures every guest leaves happy.

You’ll oversee staffing, scheduling, training, and daily operations across multiple AOIs to drive guest satisfaction and profitability. The role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment that celebrates family fun.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week.
• Experience managing people preferred in food service or six months as Opening Coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Make daily decisions on time management, scheduling, cleanliness and guest service standards.
• Lead sales growth by recruiting, training, developing and motivating the team to meet company and guest expectations.
• Coach and inspire the team to deliver outstanding guest service and maintain a safe, clean environment.
• Understand cost control, inventory, financials, and labor management.
• Own an AOI (Area of Interest) and rotate through Kitchen, Sales, Showroom, and Gameroom responsibilities.
