Job summary

Lush North America is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Columbia Mall team. You will partner with the Shop Manager to lead daily operations, mentor staff, and deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales goals.

You bring 1–3 years of retail supervisory experience, a passion for skincare, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. We offer a fun store culture, product discounts, and clear paths for growth from within.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years managing or supervising in a retail environment.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Analytical, critical thinking and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Strong customer service, supervisory and sales skills.
• Knowledge and interest in skincare, natural beauty and ethical business.
• Ability to work flexible hours including holidays, evenings and weekends.
