Flynn Arby’s is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our premier restaurant operation. You will work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth daily operations, train team members, and uphold high standards of service and quality.

Responsibilities include inventory control, enforcing food safety, staff scheduling, and driving sales while delivering a welcoming guest experience. Requires 2+ years in hospitality and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a similar Food/Hospitality role.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Understanding of food safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the General Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they deliver exceptional service to our guests.
• Manage inventory and ensure strict adherence to food safety and quality standards.
• Assist in scheduling and maintaining labor cost controls.

• Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
• Collaborate with the management team to determine and successfully implement operational improvements.
