Dunkin’ is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations and team development. You’ll lead a team to deliver fast, friendly, high-quality service and ensure store standards are met across shifts.

You will be hands-on in supervising staff, managing inventory, scheduling, and performance reviews, while driving profitability and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced Dunkin’ environment.

Qualifications

• Requires supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate crew members to deliver great guest experiences.
• Support training and development of team members to maintain high standards.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor sales performance and labor costs to achieve profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with Dunkin' brand standards and safety regulations.
• Step in as manager-on-duty as needed to keep the store running smoothly.
