Job summary

City Brew Coffee in Kalispell, MT is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations and energizing the Brew Crew to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You’ll coach Shift Leaders and Baristas, assist with hiring and scheduling, manage labor and inventory, and maintain store standards during busy periods, holidays, and high-volume shifts.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in coffee or food service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support Shift Leaders and Baristas.
• Deliver and model outstanding guest service.

• Help manage labor, inventory, and daily operations.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and standards.
• Review reports and identify opportunities to improve performance.
• Support marketing initiatives and in-store promotions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Step in confidently during high-volume shifts and lead by example.
• Contribute ideas to improve team performance and store operations.
