Far West Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager and lead daily restaurant operations. You will coach leaders, manage performance, and deliver an exceptional guest experience while upholding safety and quality standards.

This role prepares you for future General Manager opportunities, with emphasis on accountability, teamwork, and growth within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude with a passion for developing others.
• Previous restaurant leadership experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations with the General Manager.
• Coach and develop Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver guest service and resolve concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and standards are consistently met.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and development.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Support profitability through strong operational execution.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Step into any position as needed to support restaurant success.
