Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group, an independently owned Wingstop franchisee, seeks an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading daily operations and developing a high-performing team. You will coach Shift Leaders, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold safety and brand standards to drive consistent results.

This role prepares you for future General Manager opportunities by fostering accountability, teamwork, and growth across the restaurant, while delivering an exceptional guest

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Step into any position as needed to support restaurant success.
