Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group, a Wingstop franchisee, is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in leading restaurant operations, developing the team, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

You will coach Shift Leaders, uphold food safety and cleanliness standards, and drive profitability while maintaining a culture of accountability and teamwork. This role prepares you for future General Manager opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coach, motivate, and hold others accountable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the General Manager.
• Coach, develop, and support Shift Leaders and team members.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards are consistently met.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed to keep teams and guests safe.
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and team development.
• Monitor labor, sales, inventory, and controllable costs.
• Support restaurant profitability through strong operational execution.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
• Ensure company policies, procedures, and brand standards are followed.
• Lead by example and create a positive, inclusive team culture.
• Step into any position as needed to support restaurant success.
