Job summary

Thacher Restaurant Group is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional Wingstop guest experience. You’ll drive sales, optimize costs, and uphold safety and brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll coach and develop leaders, partner with the District Manager, and cultivate a culture of accountability, guest focus, and continuous improvement across the operation.
