Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead our team in Assonet, MA. You will assist the Restaurant Manager, supervise daily shifts, and ensure fast, friendly service with high quality.

You’ll develop crew members, manage operations, and help achieve store goals. The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong communication and leadership skills, and a flexible schedule including mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or management experience in food service, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and lead a team.
• Focus on guest service and satisfaction.
• Problem-solving skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Availability to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate crew members to deliver great guest experiences.
• Support training and development of team members to maintain high standards.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory, cash handling, and store cleanliness.
• Assist in hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor sales performance and labor costs to achieve profitability goals.
• Ensure compliance with all Dunkin' brand standards and safety regulations.
• Step in as the manager-on-duty as needed to keep the store running smoothly.
