Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead the Dunkin' team. You will support the Restaurant Manager in developing a capable crew and ensuring great guest experiences while driving top-line sales.

You will help mentor Crew and Shift Leaders and carry out responsibilities assigned by the Restaurant Manager. You will recruit, hire, onboard and develop staff, enforce brand standards, and ensure safety, sanitation and health compliance across shifts.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to communicate clearly with guests and staff.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Basic writing and arithmetic skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old where applicable.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Understanding of basic financial concepts and cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist to recruit, hire, onboard and develop employees.
• Communicate job expectations to employees and hold team accountable.
• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Ensure shifts are staffed to meet guest service goals and safety standards.
• Drive profitability by controlling costs and supporting marketing efforts.
• Support team development and performance through coaching and feedback.
