Job summary

Stadium Brew Co. in Aliso Viejo, CA is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the General Manager in running day-to-day operations across the restaurant and bar.

This hands-on leadership role requires a positive, motivating leader with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction. You will lead service, manage inventory, monitor budgets, enforce SOPs, and contribute to marketing and events.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ years of age with valid food safety certification (ServSafe or equivalent).
• Extensive bar knowledge and bar management experience preferred.
• Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support staff through daily service, scheduling, and training.
• Own inventory management and vendor ordering.
• Help manage the restaurant's operational budget.
• Enforce SOPs and ensure consistent execution across all shifts.
• Drive marketing efforts, promotions, and community engagement.
• Support event coordination when needed (with bonus earning potential).
• Hire, onboard, and develop team members.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-run facility.
• Resolve guest issues with hospitality-first mindset.
