You’ll partner with the General Manager to run day-to-day operations across the restaurant and bar. This is a hands‑on leadership position — you’ll be on the floor with the team, not behind a desk. The right person is a positive, motivating leader with a genuine passion for hospitality.

May be able to work out something closer to full time, especially if taking on the Event Coordinator role.
