Planet Fitness is seeking an Assistant Manager in Florida to oversee club operations and deliver a Judgement Free Zone® experience. You will lead onboarding, training, and daily tasks, driving KPI goals and supporting the Club Manager with hiring and mentoring the team.

Qualifications

• 9-12 months of experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• 9-12 months of experience supervising and leading a team preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (Training provided by Planet Fitness).
• Basic computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Lead team members to complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Coach and inspire others to provide an outstanding member experience.
• Assist in resolving employee concerns and provide backup staffing as needed.
• Manage inventory for cleaning supplies and ordering club supplies.
