Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an assistant manager to oversee and coordinate with the store manager the planning, organizing, training, and leadership necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, cost, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation.

The candidate will ensure scheduling, inventory, and daily operations run smoothly, while maintaining Wingstop standards and a positive, collaborative work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, organizing, training, and leadership to achieve store objectives in sales, costs, and guest service.

• Maintain inventory, monitor deliveries, and control costs.
