Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team, leveraging restaurant leadership experience to lead a 10-15 person crew on the front lines. The role focuses on guest satisfaction, fast-paced operations, and staff development in a dynamic outdoor setting.

We offer competitive hourly pay with weekly commission, 35–45 hour weeks, and strong opportunities for advancement into higher-level management within our growing national car wash network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Must have valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees, while creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun.
