You will drive day-to-day operations, deliver exceptional guest service, and support daily administrative tasks while coaching staff on safety and performance.

Ideal candidates have at least 2+ years of leadership experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a mechanical inclination.

• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees, creating a culture of teamwork and fun.
• Provide exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Assist in training and developing employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
