Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a small team on-site, oversee daily operations, and deliver an exceptional guest experience at our car wash location.

We offer competitive hourly pay, weekly commissions, and a schedule with 35–45 hours, plus growth opportunities into higher management. You will train staff, maintain facilities, and work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Mechanical inclination preferred.
• Able to stand for long hours in all weather.
• Willingness to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a team of 10–15 employees.
• Maintain a fast-paced, structured work environment.
