Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of 10–15 employees, fostering teamwork and safety.
• Maintain a fast-paced, structured work environment and guest-focused service.
• Provide exceptional guest experiences through quality, friendly service.
• Assist in limited administrative tasks and routine equipment checks.
• Support training and development of staff at all positions.
• Maintain a clean, organized facility, including landscaping and equipment rooms.
