Tidal Wave Auto Spa is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead a team in a fast-paced outdoor car wash environment. You will assist with daily operations, guest service, and basic administrative tasks while upholding safety and quality standards.

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $18.00 with opportunities for weekly commissions and career growth into management roles across our expanding national network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leadership experience required.
• Quick problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Mechanical inclination and experience preferred.
• Ability to be on your feet for long hours at a time.
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
• Drug screen and background check required per state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading a small team of 10-15 employees, while creating a culture that emphasizes teamwork and fun.
• Fast paced and structured work environment.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience through quality and friendly service.
• Assist in limited admin work and quick checks on equipment.
• Assist in the training and developing employees at every position.
• Maintain a clean and organized facility, landscaping, and equipment rooms.
