knitwellgroup is seeking an Assistant Manager for our store in Nanuet, NY. You will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, building community connections, and creating a seamless customer experience that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, drive financial goals, hire and coach associates, and manage inventory and store operations with a focus on exceptional service and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
