Border Foods LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Taco Bell location in Granville, ND. You will supervise all restaurant operations and lead a team to deliver a safe, friendly guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and some holidays; minimum 50 hours/week.
• Non-exempt management position requires long hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the restaurant and build a strong team.
• Ensure customers receive great food and a friendly experience.
• Lead scheduling, training and development, and cash handling compliance.
• Monitor labor, inventory, and P&L performance; drive profitable operations.
• Represent Border Foods in guest and employee relations.
