Qualifications

• Minimum of one year restaurant or retail experience.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• ServeSafe certification preferred.
• Availability for early morning, evenings, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the entire restaurant.
• Build and lead a strong team to deliver friendly service and great food.
• Schedule staff and monitor performance to meet standards and expectations.
