Border Foods LLC is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations and develop a high-performing team. You will drive guest satisfaction, ensure food quality, and manage labor, inventory, and safety standards in a fast-paced Taco Bell franchise environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in restaurant or retail experience or related education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Ability to work early morning, evenings, late night, weekends, and some holidays.
• Non-exempt management position with 50+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Oversee restaurant operations and build a strong, productive team.
• Provide a friendly customer experience and high-quality food.
• Schedule staff and manage labor in line with needs.
• Lead and coach team members and Shift Leaders.
• Monitor cash handling, inventory, and store safety standards.
• Represent Border Foods in guest interactions and issues.
