Job summary

Buckle in The Woodlands, TX is seeking an Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager to help deliver our mission of creating the most enjoyable shopping experience for Guests. You will perform sales, merchandising and daily store operations, work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team, and participate in recruiting and coaching Teammates.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; retail experience may be preferred.
Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.
Strong customer service and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Lead by example with exceptional guest service and store presentation.
Train and motivate Teammates to meet Buckle standards and sales goals.
Recruit and develop new Teammates; participate in onboarding and coaching.
Support store operations, POS procedures, inventory management and loss prevention.
Collaborate with Store Manager and Leadership Team on goals and performance.
